When Blendon Hall went up for sale we were asked to have a look at the house and update the things that were structurally unsound. We fixed many rotten parts including custom milled pergola columns. We replaced roofs and siding where needed. When this work was complete we painted the entire house including the guest house, pool house, and other accessory structures on the property. We also managed many technical behind-the-scenes aspects of the process in order for the home to be easily sold. It looked very nice in the real estate photos.
